Meals:
1: Oatmeal and whey at 5:30am
2: apple and protein shake
3: crispix and 1/2 protein shake
4: ice cream and whey at 3:30pm
5: 1 cup peas and 1/2 protein shake at 5:30pm

Not feeling very well. Scratchy achy throat and stuffed nose. Will try to run tonight.
