Pissed off at weight. Going to try harder this week. Only got in two days of weights last week due to schedule but got in 5 days.
This week's goals
1- 2 cups of coffee only (had 3 last week so great cut down)
2- only one day of ice cream on sunday as a treat
3- continue to press to hit numbers
4- get 4 weight workouts in this week
5- do 5 days of cardio again but 5 days of double (morning and night)
