Seated Row: 75 x 10, 90x 10 x 2
Pull Ups (assisted wts): 70 x12 x 2, 55 x 12
Deadlifts: 70lbs x 10, 70lbs x 8x3
Upright Row: 40 x 12, 40 x 10, 60 x 8, 60 x 8
Front Raise: 15lbs

Ran 6.5 mph for 30 min
